How to access your purchases

Find your orders and open the files, links or details you bought.

Step by step

1. 1

   Open Orders

   Sign in to the account you used for the purchase and choose Orders from the dashboard menu.

   Find the purchase

   Locate the relevant order and open its details. Check its status if the content is not available yet.

3. 3

   Access the content

   Use the available controls to view details, open links or download files. The content depends on the item purchased.

4. 4

   Get help if needed

   If something is missing or a link fails, open a support ticket with your order details and a description of the problem. Never include your password.
